  • Please Listen to Heidi: She knows the animals well and can ensure everyone's safety. 😊

  • Stay Calm and Quiet: Animals can be startled by loud noises and sudden movements. Approach them calmly and speak softly. No chasing the alpacas or chickens, it stresses them out! ☹

  • No Feeding Without Permission: Only feed the animals with the food provided by the farm and only when instructed by Heidi.

  • Respect Personal Space: Some animals may not like being touched or approached too closely. Always respect their space and observe from a distance if advised.

  • Supervise Children: Ensure that children are always supervised and understand the rules.

  • Pets: Please do not bring your dog (or other animals) to the Farm Tour. Our animals can become stressed when there are animals present that they are not familiar with.

Following these simple steps will help ensure
a safe and enjoyable experience for both
visitors and animals.

Enjoy your time at Ravens Rest Retreat!
