on the beautiful cliffs of Nova Scotia
If you have been feeling tired, rushed, or heavy, we invite you to pause.
Join us this summer at Ravens Rest Retreat for a peaceful evening gathering. Every two weeks, we will come together to help you slow down, breathe, and catch up on deep rest.
Guided by Julia Blackwell of Breathe & Bloom Gathering Space, each 90-minute class is a safe place to let go. We will share gentle yin yoga, quiet moments, a bit of food to nourish you, and a welcoming circle under the beautiful Nova Scotia evening sky and beautiful views of Burntcoat Head.
There is no pressure to be perfect or flexible. Everyone is welcome—whether you live nearby, are just visiting, or have never tried yoga before.

🌲 Free Quiet Forest Walk
If you would like to arrive early, you are warmly invited to join us at 5:00 PM for a free, peaceful walk in the woods. It is a wonderful way to calm your mind and soak in nature before we settle onto our mats.

All participants must submit a waiver to join the yoga sessions. You may either submit a copy of your signed waiver online using the provided form below or bring it with you in person. Aren’t able to do it before? No problem! We have physical copies you can fill out upon arrival.
